Your training guide. Workouts are posted every other Sunday and made available for two weeks before the next group of workouts are provided the following Sunday.

This workout release schedule gives you ample amount of time to learn the exercises while providing your body enough time to adjust and gauge your progression. With acomodating everyones busy schedule you’ll have access to all workouts from the previous two weeks, current two weeks and release countdown of the upcoming two weeks of workouts. This allows you to create your preoferred training split and schedule that best suits you. There will be 5 workouts released on each Sunday release, covering the 5 major muscle groups… Shoulder, Arms, Chest, Back nad Legs.
The key in seeing the best results from each workout is to follow the instructed temp ratio, notes, and most importantly, enter into each exercise with the mindset of getting the most out if versus just getting through it.
